WHAT THE SHORTLIST MEANS
Ready, eligible, or blocked.
Everyone in the pool is scored on the tickets the job legally requires and whether they are genuinely free. That score decides which of three groups they land in — so the shortlist is never just “who is nearby”.
READY70–100
Holds the tickets and is free for these dates. You can send them today.
ELIGIBLE40–69
Qualified, but already placed, rostered or has the day off. Worth a call, not a submission.
BLOCKEDUnder 40
Missing a ticket the job legally requires. Cannot be offered until the gap is closed.
You confirm.
Review the best matches and choose who gets the shift.
Right to work and site compliance are checked again at this point — the same gate the desk uses, judged by the site’s country.
